Do other’s help you advocate for yourself or are you able to recognize when , where, & why it is important to speak up for yourself? when was the last time you did and what were the circumstances?

Do you know the difference between the different waivers, medicaids, and how to access them or other resources & supports for therapies, community involvement, life skills training, etc?
